Jim and his team did an excellent job, he pointed out potential problems with moss on the roof, his team hand-cleaned every tile and chemically treated them and cleaned the gutters. He also replaced the gas cowl, repointed the chimney and re-mortared the lead. He spotted that the tiled porch roof was leaking and would soon be a major problem and replaced it with a slate roof. They all worked very hard, despite some awful weather, and finished the job in 3 days. Jim also kept me informed at every stage.
