Providing faulty items, missing items and then accuse trade customers of providing false returns. I've asked many times for a replacement screen for a repair that should've taken me less than 3 minutes to do, about a month later and I'm still no closer to finishing the repair due to their incompetence. They've sent me a refund for the screen which now means I will have to wait for the funds to clear in order to get another screen and then to pay another lot of delivery on top, all whilst having to compensate the customer due to the inconvenience caused by Repair Outlet's complete incompetence.

Not only were they incompetence but they were extremely rude on the phone and seemed to not care one bit about what's gone on.

I will definitely be avoiding this company as much as I can (Reviewed December 2021)
