We developed a leak in our boiler and booked Remloc to fix it. The leak got worse and I asked if they could come sooner. I got a call on Sunday to say they would rearrange other work to be with us on Monday afternoon.

We experienced a massive water leak in the kitchen which covered the floor.

I was able to turn off the supply but this left us with no water.

This occurred at 05.30 on a Sunday morning but we tried to contact a number of emergency plumbers and fortunately Sam from Remloc replied and came out to us as soon as he could.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved our leak, meaning things got bcck to normal.

Our family have been using Sam's services for many years now. He regularly services my daughter's gas boiler and has performed several plumbing and heating repairs at both our houses.
This time it was a leaking pressure reducing valve on our hot water tank. Having quickly diagnosed the problem on his first visit he was back with the replacement part after about a week.
The whole job took about 90 minutes including correcting the pipework that wasn't quite right from the original installation.

Sam arrived on time, suitably attired in Covid-19 PPE, to try to sort out a leakage problem with my kitchen taps. Stopping the tap leak turned out to be the easy part as it transpired that I had two worse leaks with the waste outlet accessible only by removing a cupboard in the island. Sam came to fix a persistent airlock in our hot water system and replace our second failed electric shower. Came quickly to remove the airlock then returned a couple of days later with a fix. No airlocks since. Re the shower, initially suggested we contact Mira, which ultimately saved us several £100s on new unit with a warranty repair. Sam came in for a boiler service. His thorough initial inspection noted a problem with the flue. He suggested a solution and gave me a date when he could come in and do the work, also putting me in touch with a local builder to do the boxwork. Sam Colmer from Remloc Plumbing & Heating recently installed a new boiler and central heating system to our 1930's terraced house in Oxford. They removed the old system, relocated the boiler, and then installed completely new boiler, pipework and radiators throughout.

We are very pleased with this work. Sam was professional and courteous throughout, and an invaluable source of advice and guidance -- we've never undertaken a project like this before. The workmanship is all to a very high standard, and carried out in a considerate and timely manner.
