I was slightly freaked out when I found a large wasp nest in my garden shed. I phoned Dennis and he came out within the hour ,and sorted it out for me straight away.. I was overjoyed when he came back to remove the dead bodies as welll!. Dennis was friendly and efficient, with some very interesting stories. After night's of being woken by scratching in the loft I knew I had to get a professional in to sort it out.
Denis responded swiftly, confidently and reassuringly.
He knew exactly what to do. He kept in touch with me following the first treatment for updates.
He also noticed a hole in the brickwork outside my property that I had not spotted.
One of the best unintended consequences was that I cleared my loft out a bit after his visit!

From the very first visit, Dennis was very professional, encouraging and empathetic. He could tell that the rodent infestation had left me very traumatised as I don't deal well with animals. Dennis is a very friendly & professional chap. Called him as we have a rodent problem in our loft and he was on our doorstep in 10 minutes. Very reasonably priced as well. Excellent customer service, Denis arrived within 20 minutes of calling him and ended up charging me less than originally quoted for as he advised upon seeing the area in question, that one visit would suffice. He also went above and beyond and went back out and get cement to fill a hole to stop further vermin which he didn't need to do and cleared away mess caused by digging (from mice).
