Mr Norris came to my mother's house in response to an email I sent him early this morning, saying I would be there at 14:30 today. I arrived there at 14:45 but he waited for me. After a quick inspection he informed me that the potential problem originated inside a box that is the property of Southern Electric, so they are the people who have to put it right - he couldn't do it. He also reassured me that there was no fire risk re my mother's house. When I asked him how much I needed to pay him, he told me that there was no charge.
