Premise saved the day when my electric boiler mysteriously failed overnight. They were able to send an electrician to check out the issue the same day as the heating engineer visited. Premise identified the problem and organised repairs, which were completed the next working day, returning my hot water! I felt looked after throughout- communication was excellent. My own small house with serious rising damp & other damp issues too.. I had used Premise twice before for smaller jobs so went to them for quote and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work, follow ups when needed and particularly the excellent and friendly communication, prompt quotes for the extras that arose.. altogether definitely 5***** I would use the firm again without hesitation and some of my neighbours will too..
