I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Paul was extremely helpful throughout the process answering emails and questions and helping us choose the right fittings and giving guidance. On the day our plumber Karl was exceptional, super tidy and the work was incredibly good. We had a new sink and tap Install and a new heated towel rail and once he'd left you wouldn't have known he'd been in the bathroom, it was spotless. Paul and his team completed a complete bathroom refurbishment on our Edwardian home. I cannot recommend PQ Plumbers enough. Importantly to me, Paul's communication was concise and efficient. He listened carefully to our requirements and as a result, we got exactly what we had envisaged. We have used PQ Plumbers twice now, the first time for a complete bathroom renovation and then to replace our boiler and a couple of radiators. They did such a good job with the bathroom that we didn't hesitate to go back when we decided to have the boiler done. Both times Paul was very professional, friendly and helpful, going through all the options and discussing what would suit us best. The guys who completed the work were also very professional, tidy and did a great job. We were more than happy to leave a key with them so they could come and go while we were at work. I would highly recommend PQ Plumbers. We contacted Paul as we had seen is company advertised on this site and I am so glad we did. Paul was so considerate and helpful when gave us a reasonable quote. Paul asked me a number of questions to make sure the work that was carried out was exactly what I wanted. Karl carries out the work and he was very nice and so easy to have around the flat- I work from home but hardly noticed Karl there. The work was carried out to such a high standard and we love our new bathroom. The recommendations Paul made are fantastic and I will be definitely be using PQ Plumbers again. Paul restored our faith in plumbers. After 5 months and 8 plumbers who either didn't respond to enquiries or just didn't turn up, we were losing faith.
