I need to get someone to repair the lock on an external door at the house of my 88 year old father in law. The installer ( Anglian Windows and Doors ) were being particularly unhelpful and seemed unwilling to attend. I contacted Poole Key Locksmiths and explained the problem. The response I got from Mr Atkins was the polar opposite of that which I received from Anglian. Mr Atkins attended the following morning ( Saturday) and within 20 minutes had repaired the lock. Lee was excellent in providing quick service to me given the situation which was Saturday at 10pm. He answered my phone call instantly, being very welcoming and friendly and notified me of the price on call, of which was very reasonable and cheap given the previously stated circumstances.

In addition, he said he would arrive within 20 minutes of the call, which is excellent for those experiencing an emergency like I had. Also, I had to go through 3 other locksmiths before relying on Lee, which further proves he is able to provide a quick and efficient service compared to others.

Although my issue was resolved before he arrived, I can be certain the job he would have had to carry out would have been to an excellent standard, with the pricing in consideration too.
