Marc combined our toilet and bathroom into a family bathroom, removing connecting wall, metal downpipe and all fixtures and fittings. he then plastered the walls and ceiling. Finally installing a toilet, basin, an electric shower and cubicle, and extractor fan, he also did all the relevant electrical and pipework that was needed. Marc did a fantastic job to a very high standard, always professional and ready to help and advise.us too. The result of his work was absolutely marvellous! It's now stylish, sleek and has somehow created more space.

Marc and his associate Steve carried out a major refurbishment of our kitchen including a new downstairs w.c.. The job entailed plumbing, heating, plastering, tiling and electrical work.

We took the opportunity to put right a number of issues with the original kitchen that had bugged us for years. Marc and Steve displayed a customer focussed 'can do' attitude throughout. When Marc came back to fit the new hob after the new worktop was fitted John Lewis had sent the wrong item. He came back again once the item had been exchanged without complaint or further charge. They both left the site clean and tidy every day.

Marc refurbished both our bathroom and shower room. This involved re-tiling, plumbing and installing 2 shower mixer units (with pump), fitting new bath screen and bath side/end panels, removing and replacing toilets, sinks, shower tray & enclosure, preparing floors for fitter. All work was carried out to the very highest standards. Marc went out of his way to keep our home tidy and ensured that we had access to the facilities of either the shower room or the bathroom throughout. He was on-site for 10 days. Some of the arrangements were made long distance and still the work was carried out exactly as we wanted it, to a very high standard and all on the dates specified. Perfect installation of complete new heating system from the gas meter onward, and removing old.

I could not have asked for a better experience or result, Marc listened and captured my requirements in fine detail and talked through a plan of action which was considerate of our needs to keep the house in a tide clean shape as he went, to keep the wife and children happy and safe.

Having done some boiler research myself, I new Marc had recommended a very good quality boiler, and additional items like quality TRVs, Inhibitor, and the MagnaClean Pro2 to make sure my boiler runs like new for decades to come.

The few days when other tradesmen were working in the house, Marc was very accommodating, and all went very smoothly.

I now have have superb mains pressure hot water and a nice warm house, with the minimum of disruption, if only all jobs went this well
Marc's office also captured all the Warranty details and applied on my behalf, the certificates taking less than a week to arrive
