Fantastic level of customer service, starting with the initial contact and ending with the final bill! So well organised! The quote was reasonable, they kept in touch before the start date, starting when planned with materials already delivered and that level of organisation was maintained throughout.
Mark and the team always arrived before 8 for a cuppa and a catch up before work and always kept us informed. Tidy, cheerful, polite - great sub contractors and advice!

We had a great feeling about this company right from when they came to quote. They have ideas we hadn't thought of and listened to our requirements.

The building work we had done by Phoenix extensions was of a very high standard. They extended our property and altered it from a three to five bedroom house with a new large kitchen /diner. Throughout the build the they were always professional, cheerful, efficient, trustworthy, reliable, they kept the site clean, and nothing was too much trouble. They were always considerate with noise and to our neighbours and kept us informed of when things were happening, so I knew which days to be out because of dust or noise levels. The build went very smoothly, they kept to their timescales and costs and there were no unpleasant surprises,

We can't praise Phoenix Extensions enough, right from the word go they were brilliant. Mark and Jackie came out to quote for the work and were helpful and friendly and listened to exactly what we wanted. They gave us a great quote which we went with and are pleased we did. The work that was carried out was perfect. They cut through the garage wall to install the door and it looks like it was built like that from day one, it is literally that good. The three of them did a great job in making it look so good and the garage and garden were left tidier than before they arrived! The whole team at Phoenix extensions were great and a pleasure to deal with, they even made the effort to come out the next day to check we were happy with the work. From start to finish Mark and his team were exemplary, excellent communication, would arrive before 8am everyday and work meticulously throughout, it ran like clock work, well planned, quality of work is excellent, extension grew very quickly.
