I can't recommend PGI Bathrooms enough, Paul and his team were professional throughout and the resulting in quality is superb. The project over ran slightly due to unforeseen underground works but at no point was the quality ever compromised. I'd much prefer an extra few days than cutting corners and rushing.

We had a leaky toilet in our bathroom and decided to go for a full re-fit. Paul was recommended to us by our decorator and he was right - Paul is extremely professional. Paul and his team were efficient, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The team was polite, cleaned up after themselves every night and kept us fully informed of things at every stage of the re-fit. When an issue was raised, Paul always had a solution. We were confident in the team's ability and just left them to get on with the work.
The end result is fantastic: we chose quality fittings and we now have a modern, sophisticated bathroom. We cannot recommend Paul highly enough: if you are looking for a highly skilled tradesperson, then Paul is your man. We have already booked him to re-fit our en-suite bathroom.

We booked Paul's services in April last year. He said the earliest he could fit us in was January and true to his word he arrived as agreed. Although there a long wait, the level of service we received was worth the wait and we are really happy with the installation of the bathroom from start to finish. Having used PGI Bathrooms for a replacement en suite earlier in the year, we had no hesitation is using Paul and his team again for a replacement bathroom. The workmanship and level of expertise are first class. Paul and his team upgraded our bathroom and ensuite. We were very pleased with the results. Paul was professional, reliable, extremely trustworthy and always left the rooms in as tidier condition as possible. The project became larger than originally anticipated due to the workmanship of the previous installers only 6 years previous. We asked to see some of his most recent work completed, which he arranged, and we were impressed. We went from an outdated bathroom to a wonderful wet room.
