I had a noisy and smelly rat problem. Sam came out and assessed the loft and drains and put down bait. Over three visits he was reliable, thorough and helpful throughout. I was particularly pleased that he was willing to approach my neighbours who we share drains with and assess their loft and drains at no further cost. I think we've cracked it now, and I'd thoroughly recommend Pestakil. (Reviewed September 2020)
