I contact Paul after finding him on google and he came to look at what I was needing when he said he would, he came across as a genuine guy and quoted me for the work. I was happy with the quote so asked him to proceed in which he gave me the date he would be able to do the works. Unquestionably the best experience I've ever had from a plumbing firm. Honest clear diagnosis and advice re options, on the basis of which I decided without hesitation that a new heating tank was the most economic option. Again the advice re suitable replacement was detailed, fair and clear. The work was done very efficiently. All staff friendly and courteous. Paul by far went out the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy and all requests were dealt with efficiently and no time wasted.
