I have had dealings with PC Hospital for some years now and have always found them very efficient and provide a very good service whenever I have had a problem with my equipment. They pick up and deliver my equipment back to me ensuring that I understand what they have done and will always say if I need more explanation or assistance to not hesitate to contact them. This I find very reassuring as I am far from a "Tech person". After taking away my equipment, if that is required, they always keep me informed of the progress and what will be required to ensure it is back in good working order.
In the past they have given my equipment a check and update to ensure its speed and efficiency. On one occasion they have had to advise that my use would really require a more up-to-date PC. (Reviewed July 2023)
