We contacted Paul when our front door wouldn't unlock or open. He arrived within half an hour and soon opened the door. He then fitted a temporary lock for us while he sourced the correct one. Our front door lock broke on New Years Eve. Having had a quick look ourselves, we called out Paul on New Years day who arrived within the hour. A fair quote for the broken lock mechanism and hourly rate and the repair was done in an hour. I was impressed that Paul put on overshoe protection straight away. Paul was pleasant and knowledgable, happy to explain as he went along. I was originally unwilling to call in a locksmith when our uPVC doors broke, as I had heard so many horror stories of people being charged ridiculous prices for unnecessary work. Paul came to my aid when my door handle came away from the front door, leaving me unable to lock it. He quoted the cost before he came and said he would be here within the hour, 15minutes later he was here, such prompt service. He was so polite, professional and friendly, our doors are around 17yrs old so wasn't surprised he didn't have a handle to in his van but It didn't take long for him to go and find some. On his return he fitted them and left the hall clean and tidy. He is now in the process of sourcing a handle for the back door.
