A very bad experience from this company and a big lesson learnt for us. Appalling attitude and customer service, appalling workmanship, appalling product with a spray painted finish that scratches or marks if you so much as blink at it. We refused to have the company back as they are incapable of resolving the 32 issues we have. Problem after problem after problem, that was not dealt with and we were left with cold draughty leaking ugly looking "new installation" we have had to have someone else in to try and rectify the issues, but some are unfix-able, the front door is now beyond repair so we are looking at getting a new one. We have contacted Fensa and the GGF but neither are willing to help us, even with photographic and email evidence of the issues. 8k down the drain.Not happy. (Reviewed March 2020)
