Peter had booked in to come out yet he didn't even turn up even though booked in to come, and I had travelled 8hrs to be there 1 way myself

“I arranged a time to meet the customer but unfortunately, at short notice, I had an emergency to attend to that morning. As such I emailed to say that I could not make the appointment. I was unaware that the customers had travelled eight hours to meet me and I am naturally sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused as a result.
