Water was coming in to our bedroom along the entire length of the wall under the eaves. Edward and his team diagnosed the problem and made repairs promptly. When he provided a quote Edward assured me his team would thoroughly inspect our roof, fix any other problems they found and this was part of the service and the price would not go up. True to his word, additional problems including broken tiles and split lead work were all taken care of and they were even good enough to remove an old satellite dish for no extra charge. Repair of leak down a wall from ceiling in main bedroom in old cottage.
Repairs carried out included -
Cleaning out main roof gulley. Cleaning moss from roof tiles and replacing broken tiles.
Cleaning out main lead valley and applying fibre glass to gulley.

Edward and his team gave excellent service. There were a number of relatively small maintenance jobs to do including replacing some spalled bricks on a chimney stack, repointing some bonnet tiles, resetting a stretch of guttering so that it flowed better and a general roof inspection.
The inspection threw up a few more minor problems that were fixed at no additional cost.

Having discovered a wet patch on our bedroom ceiling following heavy rain over an extended period I searched on line for a reliable, recommended roofer.
I phoned on Monday & left a voice message. About 30 minutes later Edward called back. He confirmed they could handle the job & would call to examine/estimate later in the week. Edward called Tuesday morning & had to be very persistent to get hold of me as I was either driving or out in the Countryside with no signal. He came to view the problem & my son gave the go-ahead to do the job. This was completed very efficiently on Wednesday. With such wonderful service I was happy to pay immediately - it is important to me not to keep good local traders waiting for payment. Today is Thursday & it is raining hard with no sign of a leak! Billy came out quickly to quote for repair of the garage roof and sottits and fascias of main house roof. Quality of work was excellent. Indeed I requested further work of de-mossing the roof of the house and garage. Billy also recommended eaves skirt to further protect the roof and help direct rainwater to the guttering. We had a sudden leak in a bedroom roof, they came out promptly and highlighted the problem on the roof and also issues with galleys. I received a quote and accepted and a team of 2 were sent out within days. This was my son's bedroom who suffers Autism and was distressed seeing water come through ceiling. They came out and fixed roof issues in a day. They were all polite and professional and did a great job. We couldn't ask for more will definetly be first call for further roof issues.
