Excellent service. My initial enquiry was followed up very promptly by 'phone and a visit was arranged to review works required. An estimate was given and a date for the works agreed. All works were carried out in an efficient and timely and very tidy manner. Some of the windows were tricky to repair and I was, therefore, very pleased not to lose any glass. Original sash Window Solutions repaired the rot and draught-proofed our lounge bay windows. The price was fair, they completed the work on time and to a high standard and didn't leave any mess. They explained the process well and were very courteous. I was pleased that, in fixing a rotten cill, they replaced the entire sill rather than splicing in new wood, which would not have so much longevity. (Reviewed December 2014)
