The work was carried out some years ago.
Like most of us I did not read the relevant call back informing.
I called as a couple of window handles had bubbled and back door had a small amount of rust on it, I live very near to the coast.
Paul came out and sorted out all the issues, replaced or advised what to do.
It was only later that I realised that actually I was not entitled to this visit as my warranty had run out but everything was done professionally with kindness and as before Oasis went above and beyond with their service.
I can not recommend this company highly enough and have given their name to many people, who have been equally delighted with the work and professional attitude of the team.

It was excellent. The two man team who did the work did everything possible to minimise the inevitable disruption and we are very pleased with the end result. It all went a lot better than we had dared to hope. We appreciated the very positive approach to any problems encountered along the way. For example a previous owner had made a modification, which I wanted to reverse, which involved installing a missing piece of soffit and installing some supporting timber. It wasn't obvious that this would be needed beforehand but it was addressed without any quibbles or hesitation. The access through the front door was originally ok. After completion of fitting the new door the top step has been reduce in unusable depth of under 6.78 inches from over 8.5 inches mean it became dangerous for users, to date two have caught their foot or slipped because of the narrowness of the step.

Step is the same as it was when the door was ordered, nothing was mention that the new door could or would cause a dangerous problem.

The doorstep has been there for many many years and the door should have been fitted in a manner and way that would not cause any danger to users.

Company's attitude hard cheese it does not matter if the work we do causes a danger that is all the owner's responsibility - as advisor and sales they have no responsibility, it is at owner's risk.

This was our third time using Oasis windows and doors. They had previously replaced all the windows and doors in our 4 bed house except the patio doors. When one of these was broken recently in a strimming incident I immediately got on the phone to Oasis. We were very pleased with the work carried out. We were nervous about it as we have a wooden house and did not know what to expect once the old windows were taken out. We need not have worried as all was okay. No rotten bits of wood in the frames. We also had the fascias, soffits and cladding done both front and rear. Our phone line came through the edge of our front door rather than through the door. This was routed through the same place on our new front door and sealed up nicely. Overall the two workman that carried out the installation were polite and it was a lot of fun to hear their banter. Might I suggest, to be more customer friendly, some things could be returned to normality i.e the metal plate in the ground for closing the gates with bolts was flattened to allow access. It would have been nice if it had been returned to it's original upright position, I had the tools and energy to do this but some people might have had difficulty. Oasis built my conservatory 14 years ago, when I telephoned them about a leak in the roof last month they came out promptly and fixed it at a very reasonable cost even though I am some 40 miles away.
