First class service, no over the top sales spiel just honest recommendations and advice. Technicians arrived on time and were brilliant, absolutely no stress whilst they were installing the garage door, Matty the lead technician was excellent as was the other technician who sadly I can't remember his name, the job was completed in the time I was advised it would take, they were clean and tidy throughout the day and left the drive and garage cleaner than it was when they started, the quality of the garage door is second to none with a great range of colours, styles and options. I would have no problem recommending Nortech and their products, I was thinking about sending a bill in for the coffee and tea that I supplied but after the job that they completed they deserved to get free drinks. Matthew came as scheduled to complete an annual service of the garage door. High quality product which was checked cleaned and lubricated and I was shown the areas where to periodically lubricate the door to maintain the smooth opening and closing function. Nortech fitted our roller garage door about 5 years ago and it had always worked excellently. Then it developed a fault. I contacted Nortech who quoted me a lead-time to fix it. I explained that we were struggling without being able to use the door and they agreed to fit the job into their busy schedule as soon as possible. Matthew soon came and had a comprehensive knowledge of the design. He quickly identified the broken part and explained that this was a very rare failure so he did not carry spares on his van. However he returned as soon as he was able. He fixed it very quickly and it has been perfect ever since. From start to finish Nortech's service could not be faulted in any way. Calls or emails were answered promptly and appointments kept. The installation went smoothly. The fitters were extremely professional and tidied everything away before they left. The door itself is a quality product that not only works well but provides additional insulation for the house. First class from start to finish.
I live on a new housing estate where the garage door was too narrow for most cars, so on a recommendation from a neighbour I contacted Nortec and a technician came to my house and measured up the project for an electric roller door.
Shortly after i received the quote and decided to go ahead with the work, I was warned that due to covid the installation date wait would be longer than usual.
The day of the installation came and two installers arrived and set to work. they were both friendly and efficient.
On completion the door operation was explained to me and the paperwork completed.
i was assured that in the unlikely event of a problem just i just have to ring.
