Phones landline day one, no connection I.e line not available.
So tried mobile and got to speak with plumber Nick who requested we email our request to have a standard Megaflo Cylinder serviced and confirmed it would be two weeks before he could do the work.
Sent email request same day together with our contact details.
Having not had any response for five days sent another email requesting Nick to confirm if he was going to support our enquiry.
Having still not received any return communications after a week we are leaving this negative feedback.

Nick was very helpful. He responded quickly to emails answering all my questions. Came to do quote within a few days, Whilst working in my home, he was always on time. He took out and replaced a new tank and new boiler, power flushed the system, and put on thermostatic valves to all radiators.His work was very tidy. Never leaving any mess, covering carpets ect. He worked hard on his own, and start to finish was 3 days. I would highly recommend Nick who is very knowledgable and is a registered Worcester Boiler installer. I am very pleased with my new system. Nick and Adam fitted a new boiler at very short notice as my existing boiler was condemned on 3rd December 2019. I was extremely lucky to learn that they had just one day free during their busy December schedule.They arrived as agreed on 12 December and were very professional in all the work they carried out. They were extremely pleasant and didn't mind how many questions I asked. The majority of the work was completed on the 12th just before dusk. Nick and Adam replaced our existing vented hot water cylinder with a new slim-line sealed unit with some very neat plumbing in the narrow airing cupboard. They removed the two horrible and very noisy water tanks in the loft and also replaced two radiators that were rusting and not up to the job. All the radiators got a powerflush removing a *lot* of sludge. The old shower pump was removed and now we have mains pressure hot water throughout the house and powerfully hot showers. The job took two and a half days (mains water was returned quickly on day-1, hot water returned on day-2, and heating back on day-3). We will continue to use NJP to service our boiler (which they installed before we moved in) and any other plumbing and heating needs. (Reviewed March 2018)

We've used Nick's Plumbing and Central Heating Services for at least 5 years now and have always been satisfied with the work. Over this time Nick has provided various services from replacing an aged and leaking hot-water cylinder and leaky pipes, to fitting new radiators, upgrading radiator valves throughout the house and general boiler servicing. My home is a new build with a two year guarantee. I had a problem with my central heating system for 18 months but the company assigned under the guarantee were unable to fix my problem. At first I was amazed at Nick's honesty and integrity: expensive and unnecessary re-routing of gas supply from meter to appliance, when it later became apparent that my gas boiler was defunct his work ethic was relentless till work was complete.
