Mike first came early in the year to assess the work to be carried out (install a downstairs cloakroom and a complete refurbishment of the bathroom), and established on that day a clear line of communication, with the timeframe, what I needed to do, what he would do, how long the work would take etc. When he came to do the work, it pretty much happened following the exact timeframe he had established, and carried out the work as planned always maintaining a solid attention to detail throughout, as well as updating me with everything that was happening as it happened, which I thought was really useful. He and his colleague were very friendly and professional throughout, and I felt I could trust their advice. I will use this company again for future work. (Reviewed July 2022)

From the first time Mike came to look at the proposed installation through to my decision to go ahead with the job I was most impressed with his advice regarding the project. The work from planning, costing and timescale was excellent.
The quality of work from plumbing to fitting units and tiling is outstanding. We were talked through and shown the work completed at the end of each day. The house and work area were left tidier and cleaner at the end of each day than it normally is.
