I turned up "on spec" 08:30 ...with torn tyre side wall.....

I was expecting to under go a sales blitz to buy more expensive tyre... but no.... they provided mid range tyre..no messing...

I also expected them to say . leave car here call back at 10:00.
or some such thing .... but no... they got my tyre changed straight away... and even refitted it to car.... we were back on the road by 09:15. Excellent service. Like what it should be. (Reviewed September 2017)
