Full refurbishment of a property. This involved a full refurbishment including complete rewiring, installing central heating, removing & rebuilding internal & external walls, fitting a new bathroom, kitchen, doors, windows and decorating. Daniel project managed this perfectly with lots of meetings and communication throughout to ensure it was as I wanted it. Lewis, Daniel & the team have been brilliant to work with, friendly, reliable, polite, professional, easy to talk to and turned up on time. From the start the team at Morris Parker were excellent. They offered advice and answered our questions promptly during the quoting and spec phase. The team that fitted were extremely skilled, polite, friendly, trustworthy and tidy. They removed rubbish, cleaned and hoovered after each day. The finish is lovely and matches exactly what we wanted. Any snagging has been rectified within 48 hours of being reported. No hidden extra costs. Dan and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had multiple face to face meetings with Dan to discuss the way forward and plan the build. Throughout the build we were kept informed and given a plan for the following week. The entire team were true gentlemen and professional tradesmen and this was reflected in the finish. The price did increase slightly but this was due to unforeseen circumstances such as the depth of footings and COVID affecting the supply chain. All price increases were agreed before any work proceeded and it was managed very well. I would be more than happy to have Dan and his team back for any future works and I would be happy to wait for him. Have used the services of Daniel Parker on four separate occasions. We have had fitted an electric garage door, UPVC window and door frame, electrical work and most recently a new sink and tap. In every instance, the job has been fairly priced, completed to a very high standard on the pre-arranged date with no fuss or mess. Dan always delivers a professional job, for example, when fitting the sink he simultaneously streamlined the plumbing beneath resulting in more cupboard space and a smooth running dishwasher.

Morris Parker (MP) finished a complete kitchen refit, including the removal of a stud wall, following a highly successful bathroom fit in April 2018. And as with the bathroom, the finished kitchen is a fantastic piece of work. The team, led by the excellent Dan Parker, were great. Morris Parker (MP) were recommended to us by a friend and neighbour, saying that MP are good but aren't the cheapest around. We found MP (led by Dan Parker) to be professional in their engagement and competitive with their pricing. Bought a house last year. Required gutting of 20 year old bathroom and separate shower room. I wanted modern white bathroom suite, square, "P" shaped bath/shower. Bathroom to be tiled, shower room using acrylic wall panels.Although he was the lowest of three quotes, I was impressed by his level of professionalism in quoting the job and explaining the options. It gave me the confidence to go with the lowest quote. Started on time and completed earlier than anticipated. Dan (the boss) does some of the work himself and takes a pride in the work, as you would expect with it being his company. He runs a team of six guys and covers carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, which is certificated. You get a personal service of the highest quality. I have total confidence in recommending him. Morris Parker were asked to quote for a new kitchen and revamp of tired bathrooms. Daniel was attentive to how I wanted it done, balancing budget against quality in an apartment we would be letting.

Work commenced as he had an unexpected opportunity to do it, and he resolved a few supply chain issues we had with ordering fittings. The work was carried out without fuss.

He was very courteous & diplomatic with our quick to moan neighbors who seem to regards trades-people as the Devil's disciples, and completed on schedule, on budget, and to an excellent standard.

He even answered his phone at an ungodly hour& sorted out a water leak from our property encroaching into a neighbors apartment (I'd emphasize certainly not due to his workmanship) which was above and beyond the call of duty.
