Highly disappointed with this garage the staff are rude! My relative called to book a car in after being provided a quote late last month lady on the phone said sorry I will ring you back as don't have time to deal with it right now. Lady in question never rang back so my relative had to ring back yet again. The attitude of the lady was appalling. My relative was then told there was disagreement over the quoted price (that was provided by the mechanic ) the lady on phone said I don't know why that price it defiantly going to cost more money the job would not be completed in 4 hours!!
Once a quote been issued they should uphold it but they won't There Atuide to customer is non existence. I would not recommend anyone to use this garage we will be council trading standing awear as well. Secondly my relatives are unable to get out and about and need the car and you won't fix it at price agreed and also saying the person left is highly unfair.
