Kept fully updated throughout, always available on the telephone and prompt return of drive and files. The service was perfect from start to finish. I was kept really informed on how the process was going through regular emails and any queries were answered almost immediately.
They couldn't have done more to help or to put me at ease that my data could be salvaged. Even when it looked like nothing could be done (due to issues with the hard drive manufacturer) they never gave up trying to find a solution and were able to recover everything I had lost. They really couldn't do more for their customers and I am so grateful to them for the hard work they put in.

Having damaged the hard disk on my laptop MJM were extremely professional in the service they provided, they provided a quote for the services to be provided and offered a no restore no fee service, they collected my disk same day (I am disabled) and kept me informed of progress, thankfully they were able to recover my data which was promptly returned, I cannot sing their praises high enough. MJM attempted to recover data from a damaged MicroSD card. They explained that this woud be a very difficult process and that they might not succeed, in which event they would not charge us. As it turned out they were unable to recover the data, despite spending a number of hours attempting to do so. They were as good as their word, they returned the card and did not charge us.
