Nigel and Paul worked really hard on our project. They arrived everyday at 8am sharp, and were always polite and friendly. They were also really great with our kids and dog which was appreciated.
They organised other tradesmen for us and were happy to give us advice. We also changed our minds on one of the aspects of our build which must have been a little frustrating for them but they carried out the changes without any issues.

We engaged Mitchell Bros Developments to demolish an internal wall, insert steels as required by Arun District Council, remove old kitchen and plaster the room throughout.

Having accepted the quotation they quoted a start date of 19 February and were there at 8.00 on the dot. From start to finish there was no "popping off to finish another job". Everyone they employed arrived exactly on cue, did all (or more) that was expected in the time anticipated and all were pleasant and reliable.
The work was completed to the highest standard and they exercise a strict quality control ethos to ensure that the customer is left fully confident that nothing has been skimped. Everything was left neat and tidy every day and they caused the minimum of disruption throughout the work.
The final invoice was a fair and true reflection of the work done and within expectations.
