An issue with the stairs was solved using knowledge, experience and brainpower, not the cheapest quote I received but am glad I didn't penny pinch as you get what you pay for and I feel that it was good value which is all that matters to me.

Two days after they completed the ground floor, our washing machine flooded it and the entire job had to be redone. Mike and his team rose to the occasion and took all the flooring up, let it dry then re-laid it with minimum fuss or drama.
