I rang lockrite after snapping my key in the door lock. Id expected them to come and drill the lock out then put a new one in but the locksmith actually got the broken part of the key out and cut me a new one in his van. (Reviewed May 2022)

Peter was fantastic from start to finish! I had a nightmare with a certain lock that was fitted by another company and he managed to not only help and recommend other products, but install quickly and efficiently. He was extremely polite and always rang ahead to check which times would suit me as well as reassuring me that he could work around my diary.

He installed our new Yale linus lock and set up connectors, wifi hubs and even the keypad system. He also waited and helped set everything up on my phone, and then tested this with me too.

Great service from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use/recommend Peter again! (Reviewed January 2022)
