Wednesday door stopped locking. Phoned Steve. Attended within 2hours. Secured door for overnight purposes. Returned Thursday with correct part (gearbox for central latch). Installed part spent a lot of time adjusting door true (it was way out of shape on the hinges). Completed job in 24hr window. Very happy with service received and prompt repair. Would recommend. Steve was brilliant. We couldn't get into our house Friday teatime as key wouldn't turn. He replaced the lock. Was very professional , efficient, courteous and friendly (as children wanted to watch!). He charges very reasonable cost, especially given this was a Fri evening emergency call out.
