Kenny came to my address to replace a non-functioning key for an old Mercedes. He gave me a price and stuck to it even though the job turned out to be much more involved. He took old key away to try to get code from it, then had to come back and remove ignition unit, took that away and got codes from it to programme new keys - couldn't get new keys to register in ignition and said he wouldn't charge if keys didn't work but once ignition unit was replaced in car both new keys worked perfectly. It was clear that Kenny was determined to do whatever it took to get the problem solved and he was happy to invest a lot of time - seeing it as an opportunity to learn more about the mysteries of Mercedes ignition systems.
