Following poor communication from LAMBLAND and failed delivery dates my rugs arrived.
The rugs are excellent quality and at a very competitive price. I would fully recommend these rugs to anyone and surprisingly I would consider reordering.
It a shame the communication was poor -
Hopefully LAMBLAND will address this and not let it affect their business and great products.

Exceptionally happy with the rugs (Reviewed November 2019)
Having found the rugs I wanted on the website (both in stock) I placed my order on the 2nd November 2019, payment was taken.
I telephoned LAMBLAND on the 18th Nov as my rugs hadn't arrived. I was told that there'd been a delay with one of the rugs but that this was now ready and that they'd be dispatched later that day and I'd received them on the 20th Nov, I even received a dispatched email.
As they still hadn't arrived on the 22nd I called again - a promise to call me back.
I called again on the 25th Nov as no one called me back on the 22nd. Again a promise to call me back - this time Paul called. I was again told rugs dispatched and would arrive with DPD on 26th. Now the 26th, DPD have been, but not with my LAMBLAND parcel.
The service has been so poor it overrides the product.

Im happy to say my second order is due to be delivered tomorrow. I think its good for customers to see that even with the best companies sometimes things go wrong - and that good ones get things sorted. This has given me even greater confidence in Buy With Confidence.
