I instructed Devine and Co to complete our building work after we received a recommendation. We received a fair quote and the work was scheduled in well in advance. Good contact was kept throughout. We were having a single storey extension built, which involved a pitched roof and a small flat area. On a daily basis we had different trades arrive when we needed them. There was no hanging around and the work was completed with care and precision. You hear horror stories about builders, but Lee and his team are top drawer, honest and trustworthy.
We are so pleased with the building work and that extends to the patio work that he completed for us at the end.

Lee and his team did an excellent job with the side and back extension to my house. Lee is very approachable and kept me well informed throughout the build. The build came in on time and price, with the extras requested being completed at a competitive rate. The area was kept safe and tidy during the build, with the paths and driveway being cleaned before they left.

Lee built an extension for us several years ago which was excellent so when we wanted to convert our bungalow into a dormer we knew exactly who we wanted to do it. Lee and his team have done an absolutely fantastic job, we are really pleased. The quality of their work is brilliant and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. If you want a builder you can trust to do a really good job and just get the work done promptly then Lee is the person to go with. They arrived every morning at 7.30 and we never had to question if they would be there. They were very clean and tidy and even hoovered and mopped the floors at the end of the job! We had a double bedroom and en suite with a large passageway built for my wife's access issues in her wheelchair due to her disability.
Work carried out was excellent throughout, always carried out with our privacy and convenience in mind.
The crew were always polite and respectful. I never felt at anytime that time was being wasted.
The finished product is absolutely what we wanted with actually new tech being added as it was on the market !! Very, very pleased.
Will actually miss having the boys about as we'd built a fantastic rapport.

Lee and his team were couteous, trustworthy, reliable, super friendly and down to earth (and pretty funny as well :)) Our extension was done without fuss, and with all the trades under one roof - quickly and cleanly, with an excellent attention to detail (something they obviously pride themselves on). They always turned up everyday (unlike some companies) and were punctual without a fault, and stuck to the budget (very competitive).

If you want a company that takes pride in what they do this one certainly does. They smooth rendered a tired pebble dashed bungalow and clad the bottom before repainting; the quality and standard of workmanship and finish is excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the team to do, they even extended the opening to our driveway!

Lee and his workforce have provided excellent service. This is the second time we have used Lee and would recommend him 100%. We had our porch insulated and a problem with damp caused by an outside downpipe and drain all sorted in record time, all rubbish cleared and you wouldn't know they had been there. We have asked Lee to quote for modification to our wetroom, so pleased.
