Service was excellnt from design to fit , final paint and floor replacement. The kitchen and utility room were all removed at the same time. The following week we went into lockdown but the team carried on regardless. I was particularly impressed how they all communicated with one another to get the job done in trying circumstances! We have been delighted with every aspect of KF Kitchens' service , from support with layout and design to sourcing and procuring fittings through organising all the trades and certification though to completion. It is always difficult to know what to say with regards to how far to be positive when giving a good review, but in this case 5 stars is not enough. It started with the relaxed atmosphere when we first entered the showroom, the visit to survey the old kitchen and the work carried out by the trades used, was seamless from the first day to the very end, all would notify the next trade, who would magically appear the next day, all without fail and would not only give 100% but at times when needed give their advice, they would always point us in the right direction, they ended up almost family and we have ended up with a dream kitchen. Excellent service, not pressurised at all. Nathan said straight away that is not his style. He gives advice based on needs and leaves you to decide without the hard chase. Price is on par with other well known kitchen places but this place has much more the personal touch than chainstores and they remember you afterwards. We had a terrible design from a well known store but Nathan came up with designs/considerations we hadn't even thought about, afterall Nathan deals with kitchens everyday so he knows the things to take into account. We had lots of electrical and plumbing through Nathan, they were fantastic . It was project managed from start to finish. I don't believe we paid anymore for that service and cosmetic work than had we got our own people in and this way it was stress free. (Reviewed December 2018)

They worked with us throughout the planning and installation of our kitchen always ensuring that we were happy about the next stage in the process. Attention to detail was excellent from all of the tradesmen involved.

Everyone within the company were very friendly. professional, efficient, punctual(always turning up when on the day or time arranged if there was any delay I would be contacted) They always left my home tidy after they had finished their days work and I felt that I could trust them in my home which I felt was very important to me and they were very respectful off my home, I also felt that when I initially went to K F kitchens to view their showroom not once was I pressurised into buying their products and that Nathan was very helpful and allowed me to decided on what kitchen, appliances etc I wanted without giving a hard sale pitch which I had experienced in other showrooms which had then put me off buying from them, everyone that worked in the showroom and all the fitters that worked for K F kitchens was on hand at all times to give me any valuable advice which I appreciated I would not hesitate in recommending K F kitchens to anyone in the future.
