This company did a repair within a few days. JR Plumbing was recommended on a website and I am so pleased that they were able to do my repair quickly. The replacement of our hot and cold water system was carried out by a team of concientious men, mindful of our continuing needs, to a very well organised plan with no problems for us at all. Our newly redocorated house was unblemished by their activity, what a joy. Needed to replace 20 year old gravity system boiler, on recommendation from family member contacted JRP, John arrived promptly 10th Feb to discuss and advise on options.We deceided to go for combi boiler and associated removal of storage tanks, written estimate received within 36 hours. As we were going away for three days early Feb. we agreed for the works to be carried out in our absence to give a clear run for the works to be carried out.were advised works would commence on second day of our break, arrived home as scheduled, 2 hours all work completed and site left clean and tidy with new boiler and water supplies working. I can not thank JRP for their help in an emergency at short notice. Our 90+ friend had a leaking boiler and hadn't had heating for a few days. I left an answerphone at 8 p.m and JRP called me back immediately. By the next day the problem had been fixed.

Attempting to turn off the hot water shower tap, it came off in my hand and I was unable to replace it, so had water pouring out. I telephoned JRP Plumbing and spoke to Jo in the office who said she would call me back. This she did within a few minutes and said that John would be with me in 3-5 minutes, which he was. John & his team undertook the unenviable task of fitting a new boiler into my property after about five years without one operating. All the work was explained & agreed well in advance both in terms of planning and price. My flat is smaller so keeping it best tidy was one of my main priorities and true to his word John and his team kept any mess and disruption to an absolute minimum. John's technical knowledge is extremely impressive and his demeanor / bedside manner is always refreshingly courteous and genuinely polite.
