I was very happy with the service. The process was seamless and very happy with the end result.
Although the start date was delayed by a week I was kept informed which is all I ask. A problem with the initial tiles I selected not being available was easily resolved and again I was kept informed. The workman was very tidy and all waste quickly removed. I was very happy with the level of service and care from quotation through to completion of the work. I was given help to establish exactly what was needed. I think there were issues with the existing pipe work in my house but the engineers managed to sort it out and without complaint or additional charge. J M Page Ltd were contracted by a local building firm to undertake work.They sent an inexperienced plumber who omitted fitting waste supplies for the washing machine(which was clearly written within original quote),resulting in having to fit as an afterthought beneath shower tray,causing numerous issues.Further,they left a huge,jagged hole in kitchen wall,pipework draped all over floor throughout,with no clipping whatsoever(causing extreme water hammer issue behind plastering),badly fitted durgo valve,& shower tray supported on bricks,owing to J M Page not following manufacturers instructions.We've paid thousands to rectify works,owing to builder's & J M Page's apathy/indifference.Legal proceedings commenced,whereby Judge has viewed all evidence & concluded that the works were substandard.

We were employed by a building contractor, as a sub-contractor to carry out plumbing works. When you fell into dispute with the building contractor, which resulted in works stopping, as a subcontractor we were not authorised to return. The work was therefore not finished.

We pride ourselves on our customer care, our engineers are experienced and highly qualified. Despite the fact that we have not been fully paid for any works and we were not contracted by you, should you have contacted us we would have been happy to ensure your plumbing works were carried out to completion and your total satisfaction.
