I contacted J Carpets after finding them through the Buy with Confidence scheme. I wanted a quote for replacing a carpet that had been ruined by previous tenants.
James arranged a time and date very quickly and arrived on time. He took measurements and showed me examples of carpet available to order. James managed to match the brand and colour with the other carpet in the house which was fantastic. After leaving, he sent me the quote through within the hour.
After agreeing to the quote, James ordered the carpet and it was delivered and fitted the next day by James. He took care in fitting the carpet and cleared any rubbish.
James did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate in recommending him to others and I will definitely be using him again for future carpet fitting. (Reviewed May 2018)
