Replacement of a conventional gas boiler system with a new, more efficient combi boiler.

We have used Ivor Copeland to service our boiler ever since we stopped our contract with British Gas, some years ago. He has always provided a good and friendly service.

We asked for quotes from different suppliers, including Ivor and British Gas. Although on a similar price level to British Gas - ie not the cheapest, we selected Ivor for the work.

Ivor completed all of the work in 4 days, including some extras - remote stop-cock and thermostatic radiator valves. All of the work was finished quickly and to a very high standard. Even a couple of issues along the way - poor gas pressure and a faulty heating thermostat, were dealt with really quickly, with British Gas and Vaillant out to fix the issues during the installation time, so there weren't any delays.

We were only without hot water for one evening and all of the old heating system was also removed, decluttering areas like the loft and airing cupboard.
One week in and all working really well. The new boiler is much more flexible to use and making a difference already. Thank you Ivor for a really good job and installation.
