Intex provided a fantasic level of service. They were extremely knowledgable, polite, tidy and really went above and beyond.

They bricked up a patio door to become a window, and extended another window and fited a new lintel.

They did a great brick match and also completed other jobs that came up with ease.

Duane came within a couple of days of first contact. He examined and explained the problems including the possibility that the main part might no longer be available and then gave me an estimated cost which I accepted. A few days later I was advised that the part was not available and the consequences. He came on a Saturday morming about a week later and completed the job.At the end of the month, the invoice came and was less than the estimate; I presume because the unavailable part would have been more expensive.

They arrived at the agreed time, after inspection advised the job would take a couple of hours, the rate per hour and as it was a small job that they could do it now.
