Purchased a Predator gutter vac system. Really good system, has been put to hard work ever since. Had a defect with a motor, Julia and Mark were very easy to contact and went above talking through how to fix. Turned out to be a manufacturing defect (not their fault) which they resolved immediately. (Reviewed May 2023)
