Les was recommended to us when we had a wood burning stove fitted three years ago. The first sweep was fine, but on the second year Les was unable to sweep the chimney as the liner had sprung. Not only did he not charge us, but he phoned a friend, and arranged for him to come quickly, even though he was busy. Why the liner sprang we don't know (the company has gone out of business!), but thanks to Les, we were able to sort the problem at a very good price. This year the chimney is fine, and apparently we have very good soot! Les does not cut corners, and he is always polite, friendly and very helpful - most importantly, when he says the chimney is safe, I trust that it is. I would highly recommend his services.
