We were looking for a locksmith after our external front door handle came away from the spindle and was unable to be used.

Had a huge problem late evening, Door from kitchen to garden refused to unlock then discovered patio door from lounge to garden would open but not lock again! Big panic! Grant was great. We wanted to upgrade our standard euro cylinders to 3 star diamond rated cylinders all using the same key, to get the secure 1 key house we wanted.
He came and measured the locks on a Sunday and they were supplied and fitted on the Wednesday with no hassle at all. House is now as secure as can be with ABS cylinders and every external door uses the same key even the garage! Would recommend to anybody. (Reviewed August 2020)

We have a upvc door and the lock mechanism on the inside has been playing up for some time so it was timely that I call in locksmith before the lock became inoperable. I rang Grants Locks and they arrived at the appointed time. The work needed was more than anticipated but Mr Grant explained what needed to be done.
