We're new to the area and this is the first time we had needed the services of a Tree Surgeon, we found Golden Crown after some web searching. At quotation stage Alfred was a great help in explaining what could be done and provided a detailed quotation. The work was carried the following week as agreed. As the work was taking place we were kept informed of progress. The skill and professionalism demonstrated by Alfred and his colleague was first class. At the end of the job their tidying up was equally good with all wood and cuttings taken away. We could not have asked for better service, it was a pleasure to meet Alfred and his colleague.
