Were on time. Courteous. Just let down by lack of experience due to being left with some bathroom wires, pipework etc. More experienced men required to carry out the work.

BUSINESS REPLY: We aren't aware of any work that we have left any kind of piping or wires, I visit every job at the end to check that everything is in order. With regards to the customers feedback, we receive 5 stars from everyone so unsure where this customer is coming from. We find it difficult to believe that this is one of our jobs as we ensure everything is up to a very high standard.
