The goods - a birdfeeder cage - were delivered bent out shape during transit by Yodel. Phoned Selections on Friday, emailed some photos, and received a replacement today, Sunday.
I cannot fault the apologetic, friendly, and efficient service I received. There was no quibbles over the damage etc, and replacement or refund was immediately offered.
