We had put up with a bad signal for ages as just did not want the hassle of getting someone in. How wrong we were. Mr Hale came when he said he would. Carried out a very through job. Took off the old splitter box (that was filled with water) and replaced the aerial. The cable was also replaced as in a bad state. Nothing was to much trouble. He also retuned the TV and took time to explain what he was doing. Showed us things on the TV we did not know existed! The price was very reasonable and as he quoted over the phone.
It's nice for a change to have someone who we would not hesitate to recommend. As a final note ...we have the best picture we have had for years. (Reviewed July 2021)

TV signal was poor, especially in windy weather. Dave checked signal in loft area and decided that best solution was install an aerial in the loft area and then also needed to replace the corroded TV splitter box and both lines of co-ax cable into the 2 downstairs rooms. He then checked out the TVs and retuned them both. He was punctual and polite and as this was for my elderly parent and I had arranged it, he kept both myself and my elderly parent informed throughout.
