Overhaul we considered that we found one of the best builders around after we sacked the first builder. They arrived on time, consistent, stayed on site until the work was finished. As with all building work there were small issues but these were quickly resolved, also Gavin Rooney's technical knowledge was unsurpassed and saved us a lot of money. The bottom line is that we are still friends to this day and would use Gavin again without hesitation. (Reviewed February 2017)
