Kevin Blake and his workmen, of Eurofix Fascias, turned up exactly on time for the work I had asked them to do. My house had suffered from a flooded side path due to faulty guttering. They removed the guttering, installed felt trays and also bird proof mesh and installed new guttering at a suitable angle . Have used Eurofix Fascias previously in the past for replacing guttering and shed re-roof which was excellent.
This time Eurofix Fascias carried out the complete refurbishment of chimney stack. Very grateful to Kevin for undertaking this work asap. as stack was leaking rain water. Photos were taken at each stage of work and emailed to us on each day.

I contacted Kevin from Eurofix on Friday evening as there was a problem with some plastic guttering that he had fitted some weeks ago. I woke up on Saturday morning and read a message on my mobile from Kevin that he had fixed the problem. It was before 8 am! I was surprised and delighted that he as responded so quickly and that I didn't even hear him whilst he was outside the house fixing he problem. That's what call excellent service. I cannot fault the two Kevins. They originally carried out emergency repairs to my roof caused by storm damage and I was very pleased with them and their work. I was advised of additional maintenance work that would need doing on my roof so I asked for a quote for that work and also to fit upvc cladding to front fascias. I obtained other quotes and decided to go with Eurofix because of our previous experience with them. They arrived promptly and cracked on with the jobs. I found them very professional in their manner, polite and caused no disruption during the work. They also cleaned up all mess after every day leaving as they found. Kevin's quotation was competitive but not the cheapest. I selected him to complete the work, despite this, as he was prompt in providing a quote, he turned up in a professional looking vehicle, was efficient and seemed to know what he was talking about. Kevin provided a very competitive and comprehensive quote to re-clad our dormer extension and replace the roof felt. Knowing that we would need scaffolding anyway, Kevin also priced to do some additional jobs on the roof at the same time- some at my request, and others at his suggestion (once he had been up to inspect the roof).
