Torran completed a thorough, efficient and very professional job for us yesterday, cleaning all our carpets and curtains, drying them out so we could be back to normal by late afternoon, and all done with a friendly attitude and approach yet very professional at the same time. This is the second time I have used Elliott Carpet Care. I have used other companies in the past but none of them came up to the standards that Torran sets himself and the pride he takes in his work.
I had to search the house high and low for his business card, which is now in a very safe place for the future!

Very professional from the time I made contact about our carpets. We have a puppy and had marks from vomit, urine etc all over the carpets, I had tried various products on the market to try and remove these stains but they just reappeared and I was feeling desperate when I phoned Torran.
